The Henry M Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a Research Assistant I to perform research and development in collaboration with others for projects. The role provides laboratory and technical support to senior staff, solving less complex problems in a lab setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
• 0–2 years of hands-on lab experience.
• Experience with small animal handling or preclinical research desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with laboratory research using rodent and nonhuman primate models.
• Conduct assays (ELISA, Luminex, microscopy) and maintain records per GLP.
• Perform data analysis using SPSS, GraphPad Prism, and MATLAB.
• Contribute to protocol development, reports, and manuscripts.
• Collaborate with staff to develop quality project protocols and presentations.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
