Summary
At the Guarnerio lab, we're dedicated to unraveling the complex molecular mechanisms used by tumor cells to create a pro-tumorigenic tumor microenvironment (TME). We utilize cutting-edge technologies like single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to study both mouse and human tissues. Our research is deeply rooted in translational science, with the goal of developing innovative cancer therapies that reprogram tumor cells and the TME.
