About the Role:

You’ll play a central role in managing the end-to-end development of new products — from concept through commercialisation — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex R&D projects within the medical device space, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Drive product development efforts that align with company vision and regulatory requirements
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
• Ensure all development activities are compliant with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards
• Contribute to a high-performing, values-led culture that supports personal growth and team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of R&D project management experience in the medical device industry
• Deep understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulated product development processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving
• Experience in the dental device or infection control space is a strong plus
• PMP certification is a bonus, but not required
