Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of senior laboratory staff, compound/blend materials to create formulations.
• Participate in the general upkeep of the QC/R&D laboratory facility.
• Operate laboratory analytical and mixing equipment.
• Perform testing per guidelines.
• Create, maintain, and organize electronic documentation.
• Work safely with hazardous chemicals and waste.
• Complete special assignments and prepare reports/project summaries, as required.

Position Details

• Title: R&D Intern
• Schedule: To be determined, based on mutual availability and company needs.
• Location: Gibbstown, NJ (08027)
• Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be pursuing a 4-year college degree in a technical field and looking to gain valuable, hands‑on experience in a lab setting within a manufacturing environment.
• Salary Range: $18.00 – $21.00 hourly, based on education, experience and qualifications.
