What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, evaluate, and summarize scientific literature and clinical practice guidelines for medical policy development
- Assess the relative safety and efficacy of medical devices, procedures, services, and laboratory testing
- Collaborate with internal clinical staff and external providers on coverage decisions
- Collect and critically evaluate information from relevant scientific sources
- Draft and develop medical policies based on research findings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a health science-related field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Genetics) or current licensure/professional certification (e.g., RN or PA)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical or research experience
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and drafting medical policies and assessing medical technologies
- Proven experience in collecting and summarizing information from scientific literature and clinical guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
