This position may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

Our Research Analyst Intermediate (GIS) position assists in developing and maintaining a statistically valid Traffic Volume Program and related GIS data to ensure that certification from the FHWA during their annual audit is achieved and the federal Highway Performance Management System (HPMS) requirements are satisfied. This position provides oversight and error checking of other's work to ensure consistent implementation of procedures. This position will work directly with internal and external partners to coordinate, clarify, and resolve data-related needs.
