Job summary

Lee & Associates is seeking an ambitious Research Analyst to join its Atlanta team. You will collect, maintain, and analyze CRE data and translate insights for brokers, clients, and colleagues, reporting to the Research Director.

You will build market intelligence, maintain databases, and prepare quarterly market reports while collaborating with marketing and research teams to support broker and client requests.

Position Overview

A national commercial real estate firm is seeking an ambitious, analytical Research Analyst to join its Atlanta team. The analyst will collect, maintain, and analyze commercial real estate and economic data, then help translate that information into useful insights and materials for brokers, clients, and colleagues. This position reports to the Research Director and works closely with the research and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with brokers and colleagues to gather timely market intelligence, including leasing activity, tenant requirements, deals in progress, development plans, and other market information
• Maintain availability, tenant, comparable, development, and pipeline databases, and identify gaps or inconsistencies that need follow-up.
• Conduct property and company research using CoStar, LandVision, BusinessWise, and other industry resources to verify ownership, tenants, tax information, zoning, and related details.
• Help prepare quarterly market reports, summaries, presentations, and other research materials.
• Analyze collected market data alongside information from external databases and other sources to identify trends and support reports, presentations, and broker or client requests.
• Collaborate with research and marketing colleagues to prepare materials for brokers and clients.
• Respond to research requests and provide timely, service-oriented support to brokers and other staff.
• Take on additional research projects as needed.
