Job summary

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Atlanta, GA seeks a Research Analyst to collect, maintain, and analyze commercial real estate and economic data, transforming insights into market reports and materials for brokers and clients. You will work with the Research Director and collaborate with the research and marketing teams to translate data into actionable analyses, dashboards, and presentations.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with brokers and colleagues to gather timely market intelligence, including leasing activity, tenant requirements, deals in progress, development plans, and other market information.
• Maintain availability, tenant, comparable, development, and pipeline databases, and identify gaps or inconsistencies that need follow-up.
• Conduct property and company research using CoStar, LandVision, BusinessWise, and other industry resources to verify ownership, tenants, tax information, zoning, and related details.
• Help prepare quarterly market reports, summaries, presentations, and other research materials.
• Analyze collected market data alongside information from external databases and other sources to identify trends and support reports, presentations, and broker or client requests.
• Collaborate with research and marketing colleagues to prepare materials for brokers and clients.
• Respond to research requests and provide timely, service-oriented support to brokers and other staff.
• Take on additional research projects as needed.
