Job summary

Lee & Associates is seeking an ambitious Research Analyst to join its Atlanta team. You will collect, maintain, and analyze CRE data and translate insights for brokers, clients, and colleagues, reporting to the Research Director.

You will build market intelligence, maintain databases, and prepare quarterly market reports while collaborating with marketing and research teams to support broker and client requests.

Qualifications

• Maintain databases for availability, tenants, comps, and pipelines.
• Research properties and companies using industry resources to verify details.
• Prepare quarterly market reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Analyze market data and support broker or client requests.
• Collaborate with research and marketing to produce materials.
• Respond to research requests with timely support.
• Take on additional research projects as needed.
