Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking a Research Analysis Support specialist to support Battalion operations at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires maintaining training records, analyzing readiness, and coordinating training with Army regulations and higher HQ guidance.
You will produce reports, track training calendars for contractor staff, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and readiness while holding an Active TS/SCI clearance.

The contractor shall provide support to Battalion operations and training. Conducts analysis using information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, and explain a range of operational and training issues impacting unit readiness. Provides analytic support to operations, planning, and personnel management requirements. Identifies and monitors operational tempo, training compliance, and resource allocation to assess potential conflicts and ensure efficient execution of tasks. Applies understanding of Army regulations (AR 350-1) and higher headquarters’ guidance for in-depth analysis and production of reports on unit training readiness and operational effectiveness. Contributes to developing training plans and improving unit processes. Conducts, develops, and presents reports and recommendations regarding daily management, coordination, and training activities. Maintains training records and calendars for both unit personnel and contractor staff. Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $103,000 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, security clearance status, certifications, and contract requirements.
