Qualifications

• The position prefers a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management (post-award) and financial reporting to sponsors; provide projection and project summary reports to investigators.
• Procurement: approve and/or initiate purchase requests via Purchase Orders and PCard; verify funds and allocations; review bills.
• Human Resources: onboarding, develop job descriptions, post positions, approve salary offers, process visa applications, manage merit/equity/promotions.
• Compliance: advise on NIH/DFC policies, ensure adherence to internal/external policies, educate researchers on policy statements.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: assist in pricing development, monthly billing, and revenue management.
