Responsabilidades

• Lead grant preparation (pre-award) including sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Oversee post-award portfolio management and reporting.
• Approve procurement and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring, salary offers, and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with NIH/DFCI policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate cores, centers and chargebacks activities.
• Lead special projects to improve systems and processes.
• Supervise direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
