Job summary

SERCO of Texas, Inc. is seeking a RESEA Program Assistant to provide rapid re-employment services to unemployment claimants. You will interview clients, coordinate RESEA activities, and connect participants with required services and resources across Texas.

The role emphasizes scheduling, documentation in WIT, and collaboration with managers and teammates to ensure timely, compliant service delivery and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to properly interview and screen clients.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of assessment tools used in workforce settings.
• Proficient with basic computer and office software.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and provide all RESEA services to claimants meeting TWC criteria.
• Interview customers or authorized representatives to assess service needs.
• Provide RESEA participants with required services and coordinate the Initial RESEA.
• Schedule RESEA Orientation for all claimants weekly.
• Provide timely provision of services to the target population.
• Enter RESEA services into WIT within seven days from the appointment.
• Attend required RESEA trainings and maintain records.
• Coordinate intake and eligibility processes for center customers.
