Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a RESEA Specialist to deliver reemployment services and eligibility assessments to unemployment claimants. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a preferred Workforce Development credential, with at least one year of UI-related experience.

You will conduct RESEA orientations, review work search activities, document outcomes in state systems, support 10-week employment outcomes, and coordinate referrals to additional services.

Job Title: RESEA Specialist

Reports to: Regional/Center Manager

Position Classification: Non-Exempt

Wage range: $19 - $21/hour, $39,520 - $43,680 annually Primary Objectives of Position: Delivers Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments to Unemployment Insurance claimants.

This position is on-site and requires a regular in-office presence.

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities: Eligibility review, documentation, customer engagement

Technology Requirement: Position requires strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment. Experience working within the Work In Texas system preferred. Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required.

Additional Requirements: Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
