Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to engage with customers across the RESEA program, helping access workforce services and expedite reemployment in Sinton, TX. The CSR will assess goals, provide information, and refer candidates to job opportunities while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of local labor market resources, and bilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Provide and advise customers on the local job market, employment services and resources, including resume development, applications, interview techniques and proper dress.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal team members, the public and external partners.
• Actively seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and follow-up with workforce center customers.
