SkyBridge Tactical LLC is seeking a Rescue Training Center Support Specialist (RTCSS)/Instructor at Moody AFB, Georgia. The position supports Medical and Weapons and Tactics training, including BLS, TCCC, and SERE, with duties spanning logistics, equipment management, and OPFOR development.

Responsibilities include maintaining training documentation, coordinating schedules, briefing volunteers, and ensuring readiness of PPE and training gear.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience directly related to USAF weapons and tactics, tactical radios, computer systems, and instruction.
• Basic Instructor Training or equivalent is required.
• Military experience is highly desired with related operational roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems is expected.

Responsabilités

• Support Medical (OSM) and Weapons and Tactics (OSK) training programs including BLS, TCCC, SERE, local training, exercise management, and pre-deployment support.
• Verify administrative documentation is current and accessible before training events.
• Prepare training equipment and aids, and maintain equipment after use.
• Provide logistical and role-play support to instructors and develop OPFOR programs and volunteer records.
• Track SERE equipment, document shortfalls, and report findings to instructors.
• Complete end-of-course documentation and distribute it via network or email.
