Job summary

Rink Management Services Corporation is seeking a rink attendant to monitor skaters and maintain ice conditions with emphasis on safety and guest service.

Candidates must be 16+ years old, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and be prepared to work indoors or outdoors on ice. Training will be provided, and strict COVID guidelines may apply as required by policy.

Qualifications

• Must possess advanced skating ability.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to comply with all federal, state, and local COVID mandates/guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skaters and ensure proper ice safety procedures are followed.
• Alert managers to unsafe or hazardous ice conditions.
• Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately.
• Assist guests during incidents or falls and contact management when necessary.
• Maintain ice during inclement weather or as needed.
• Practice excellent customer service on and off the ice.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests.
• Assist set-up and take down for special events.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
