This position is responsible for the coordination of Rerolling activities. Responsibilities will include: Prioritizing jobs to meet on-time shipments, maximize resource efficiency, assist with quality checks, ERP transactions, coordinating breaks to eliminate downtime, ensuring daily work instruction adherence, and providing general direction to Reroller Operators and Assistants. Oversees and ensures timely and complete execution of on-the-job-training for Reroller Operators and Assistants. This position requires routine attendance to departmental, production, safety and Company meetings.

Adhere to and follow all quality guidelines. Insure that all operators continually check product for quality throughout the manufacturing process and that the measurement and chart comparison documentation is filled out properly.
Utilize computer at workstation to login, enter/review production data and work orders as required (5%)
