Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC seeks a seasoned Requirements Engineer to join our NCR program team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will translate customer needs into clear, testable requirements and drive traceability from requirements through to implementation across design, engineering and testing.

The position requires a Master's degree, 12+ years of experience, and the ability to travel within the NCR region as needed. On-site, full-time role with standard contract hours.

• TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in related roles.
• Master's degree in a field related to the labor category.

• Work with partners and customers to understand new features and translate them into internal requirements that can be implemented by design/engineering team.
• Build and maintain requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements to testing to implementation.
• Coordinate the Requirements Management work to ensure it follows internal and external norms and regulations.
• Guide the development of test cases and test procedures that verify the requirements and assist in identifying test methods that successfully assess functionality against requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of all artifacts including requirements, code and test. Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category Travel Requirements: * Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. Level of Responsibility: * Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. Reporting Chain: * This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead. Level of Supervision Required: * The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications. Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment. Salary Range: $58,175 - $120, 825 The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
