Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced professional to support organizational studies, design systems and procedures, and lead work simplification and measurement studies for federal contracts. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive DoD/government experience.

You will manage requirements, ensure traceability, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple programs, while maintaining rigorous documentation and technical writing standards.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• CI poly within last seven years.
• 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's or 16 years with a HS Diploma.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience with U.S. Government/DoD policies related to AI, data ethics, emerging technologies or tech acquisition.
• Experience with DoD/IC/government or cyber mission organizations.
• Experience with requirements management, systems engineering and project coordination processes.
• Experience developing and analyzing performance requirements, metrics, mission threads, and use cases.
• Experience decomposing stakeholder needs into clear, verifiable requirements.
• Experience with requirements validation, verification, traceability, change management, lifecycle processes.
• Experience using RM databases, project management tools, repositories or related systems.
• Trace capability with requirements and maintaining the requirement database.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coordination, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years.
• Twelve (12) years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree or Sixteen (16) years with HS Diploma.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of experience with U.S. Government and Department of War policies, directives, and governance structures related to artificial intelligence, data ethics, emerging technologies, or technology acquisition.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, U.S. Government, or cyber mission organizations.
• Experience with requirements management, systems engineering, and project coordination processes.
• Experience developing and analyzing performance requirements, metrics, mission threads, and use cases.
• Experience decomposing stakeholder and end-user needs into clear, achievable, testable, and verifiable requirements.
• Experience with requirements validation, verification, traceability, change management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience using requirements management databases, project management tools, repositories, or related systems.
• Track and maintain traceability of technical information across the entire lifecycle.
• Trace capability with requirements and maintain and update the requirement database when changes occur.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coordination, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams while managing multiple priorities.
