Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a Requirements Analyst to capture and manage stakeholder requirements for a DEA program. This onsite role requires documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications while coordinating with the Government Product Owner.

You will work with Delta Code teams, support meetings, maintain up-to-date documentation, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience capturing requirements.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2019 and higher or O365.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation.
• Must be a US citizen to meet contract requirements.
• Successful completion of a government issued background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Delta Code teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation with Government Product Owner, including system requirements/specifications, user guides, and process workflows, while documenting meeting minutes and decisions.
• Participate in meetings to gather information and provide updates on requirements and support activities.
• Provide customer service desk support by addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets related to Concorde applications.
• Collaborate with the government Product Owner to prioritize and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure requirements are understood and documentation is kept current.

Location: Onsite 5 days (Arlington, VA or Merrifield, VA)

Clearance: Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

• Capture and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Delta Code teams, ensuring alignment with projectobjectives.
• Work with the Government Product Owner in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system requirements/specifications, user guides, and process workflows, while also documenting meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Participate in meetings to gather information, document discussions, and provide updates on requirements and support activities.
• Provide customer service desk support by addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets related to Concorde applications.
• Work closely with the government Product Owner to prioritize and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively, while maintaining and updating system documentation to ensure all materials are current and accessible to relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. High School or GED required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience capturing requirements.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2019 and higher or O365.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar systems, such as GitHub.
• Experience using AI technology; prompting, understanding of output from AI is highly desired.
• Must be a US citizen to meet contract requirements.
