Job Description

Technical Project Manager Enterprise Connectivity - The Technical Project Manager for Enterprise Connectivity will help lead the planning, sourcing, and delivery of the global corporate network with internal and external teams of all levels.

Align with organizational objectives to procure connectivity

Lead communications with external suppliers to outline circuit requirements and delivery milestones

Uncover methods to continuously reduce operational expenses

Improve timeframe to obtain pricing and design from suppliers

Analyze problems and devise solutions to roadblocks and unique challenges across dozens of cities and countries

Able to clearly view Google Earth files and logical network designs that meet path and circuit diversity requirements

Review operational issues and determine if a technology solution is required or a process correction needs to be made

Communicate risk surrounding all phases of circuit milestones

Organize vendor business reviews on a regular basis

Determine and build baseline metrics for external telecommunications engagement

Assist in the development of tooling and dashboards to improve organizational visibility

Oversee region(s) to include internal management of circuit provisioning and TPM outputs

Collaborate with Engineering and Planning teams at all levels to leverage production capacity

Submit contracts to Legal and Business teams for approval and signature

Manage the PO funding steps post-signature

Ensure data integrity with our records management systems

Able to build and author Wikipedia pages on behalf of the circuit and connectivity program

Regularly post updates and progress across our team

Manage outside plant efforts of internal and external teams

Design roadmaps for tooling and process efficiencies

Need pivot to infrastructure who knows routing switching some design of infrastructure, knows about network redundancy . Cloud AWS is a plus. BGP and Ospf, they know one external other internal. What is a port channel on the switch.

For subnetting what is /24 or difference between public and private addresses. Firewall high level what are the security rules, know what idp (intrusion detection). the port for http and https (tcp/80 and 443).

Able to clearly view Google Earth files and logical network designs that meet path and circuit diversity requirements

Cloud/AWS/ Google Earth, BGP, eBGP/OSPF,EIGRP,

Subnetting, channel ports, RSTP, spanning trees, security rules. VSS or HSRP.
