Position : Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager Pharma Data & Analytics

Mode of Work : Remote (WFH)

Experience : 10+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of DWH, MDM, BI, and analytics projects
  
• Lead offshore development teams and ensure on-time, quality delivery
  
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders for requirement gathering and planning
  
• Drive project tracking, resource planning, risk mitigation, and profitability
  
• Oversee architecture, data quality, and adherence to SDLC/agile standards

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery
  
• Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience with datasets like IQVIA DDD, PlanTrak, 867/852
  
• Strong experience with DWH, MDM, Commercial Analytics
  
• Hands-on with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SQL, Python
  
• Experience managing offshore teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

• PMP or relevant certifications
  
• Experience with Databricks, Salesforce DataCloud, Vertex AI
  
• Exposure to AI/ML projects
