Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Operations Technician to support our Pittsfield, MA manufacturing environment. You’ll work with engineers to develop process procedures, set up lines, perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and a passion for continuous improvement, including

We’ll rely on the Advanced Manufacturing Operations Technician to use sophisticated programs/software to author and issue work plans and/or collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments or equipment as well as determine and develop methods and procedures to execute, control, or modify the manufacturing process.
