Job summary

Republic Airways is launching a Leadership Development Program (RLDP) to cultivate high-potential early career professionals. This two-to-three-year program features three rotations across Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, and Human Resources.

Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders, cross-functional exposure, and leadership development training, with a focus on transitioning into designated roles aligned with business

Qualifications

• Must have completed Republic Internship Program or Bachelor's in Business, or be enrolled in a post-graduate program.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior Internship or Co-Op Experience in a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, prioritizing Excel experience.
• Willingness to rotate into various roles and functions across the organization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and develop strategic solutions.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.

Position Purpose:

The purpose of the Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) is to cultivate highly skilled, well-rounded professionals who are equipped to meet business needs and priorities.

Program Overview and Benefits:

Republic Airways is proud to offer a leadership development program that prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership positions over a two-to-three-year timeline composed of three rotations in various business functions. Resources will be provided to train and mentor associates, hone critical leadership skills and assist in the successful conversion from the RLDP program into a designated role, balancing associate interest and business needs.

EDUCATION and/or KEY SKILLS
