Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three cross-functional rotations over 2–3 years.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions.
  • Present findings to senior leaders and mentors during rotations.

Job Category:Human ResourcesPosition Purpose:The purpose of the Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) is to cultivate highly skilled, well-rounded professionals who are equipped to meet business needs and priorities.Program Overview and Benefits : Republic Airways is proud to offer a leadership development program that prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership positions over a two-to-three-year timeline composed of three rotations in various business functions. Resources will be provided to train and mentor associates, hone critical leadership skills and assist in the successful conversion from the RLDP program into a designated role, balancing associate interest and business needs .
