Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time Reprographics Technician at the AstraZeneca site in Gaithersburg, MD. The role centers on producing high-quality reproductions using wide-format printers and various substrates. Schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with days that may vary.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $21.50 per hour and is on-site. You will operate wide-format printers, Colex CNC cutter, manage files, respond to customer inquiries, and support in preparation and proofing of materials for reports

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage files and data.

• We have an opening for a full time REPROGRAPHICS TECHNICIAN position.
• Location: AstraZeneca - 1 MedImmune Way Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Experience in large form printing required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality reproductions . (e x. color management, job preflight experience ).
• Experience operating wide format printers. Be able to print on different substrates (vinyl, acrylic, dibond).
• Experience operating Colex CNC cutter.
• Answers the telephone, responds to customer emails and provides general assistance to customers.
• Reviews and promotes service requests submitted by customers.
• Provides clerical support; maintains files and records.
• Prepares routine correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Collects, verifies, retrieves and enters data.
• Operates standard office equipment.
• Completes project assignments.
• Assists in the preparation and proofing of materials for reports and other publications.
• Interacts effectively with staff, students and faculty while conducting daily workplace duties.
• Communicates with customers to complete work in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
