Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division has an opening for a full-time Reprographics Associate in Sturtevant, WI 53177. This role supports the reprographic and resource needs of the client while maintaining efficient and compliant operations.

You will operate high-volume reprographic machines, prepare resources and client materials, and produce marketing collateral by deadlines. The job requires 1–2 years' copy center experience, and familiarity with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with publish/design programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high-quality, customer-focused reprographics service.
• Operates high-volume reprographic machines.
• Produces marketing materials by client deadlines.
• Assists with stock inventory and supplies.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.

• Requirement: Experience preferred.
• Pay Range:$17.50per hour to$18.00per hour

Job Summary

Supports the reprographic and resource needs of the client while maintaining efficient and compliant operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a high-quality, efficient, customer-focused reprographics service.
• Assists in the preparation of resources and other client materials to include drafting, formatting, and printing the product.
• Operates high volume reprographic machines.
• Produces marketing materials such as brochures, letters, posters, printed products by the client’s deadline.
• Assists with stock inventory, papers, ink, various supplies as well as receiving and logging deliveries.
• Keeps reprographics area organized and in accordance with safety requirements.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Interacts with customers face to face and receives over the counter printing requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and publish/design programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
