Job summary

ESFM USA in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a full-time Reprographics Associate to support client reprographics needs and maintain efficient operations. The role involves operating high-volume reprographic machines, preparing resources, and producing client materials by deadlines.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment, and familiarity with Word, Excel, and publish/design software. Pay is $17.50–$18.00 per hour with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and publish/design programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a high-quality, efficient, customer-focused reprographics service.
• Assists in the preparation of resources and other client materials to include drafting, formatting, and printing the product.
• Operates high volume reprographic machines.
• Produces marketing materials such as brochures, letters, posters, printed products by the client’s deadline.
• Assists with stock inventory, papers, ink, various supplies as well as receiving and logging deliveries.
• Keeps reprographics area organized and in accordance with safety requirements.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Interacts with customers face to face and receives over the counter printing requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
