Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, seeks a Reprographics Technician at AstraZeneca, 1 MedImmune Way, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional variations. Experienced in large-format printing and substrate handling is required.

Responsibilities include operating wide-format printers, assisting in proofs, and providing customer support. In this position you will also manage data, prepare materials for reports, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in large format printing is required.
• Familiarity with color management and preflight checks is preferred.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and providing clerical support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide format printers and print on substrates like vinyl and acrylic.
• Use Colex CNC cutter as part of fabrication tasks.
• Answer calls and respond to customer emails; promote service requests.
• Maintain files, prepare routine correspondence, and enter data accurately.

• We have an opening for a full time REPROGRAPHICS TECHNICIAN position.
• Location: AstraZeneca - 1 MedImmune Way Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Days may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Experience in large form printing required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Serves as a customer service representative in a call center and provides work order management support for staff/customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality reproductions . (e x. color management, job preflight experience ).

• Experience operating wide format printers. Be able to print on different substrates (vinyl, acrylic, dibond).
• Experience operating Colex CNC cutter.
• Answers the telephone, responds to customer emails and provides general assistance to customers.
• Reviews and promotes service requests submitted by customers.
• Provides clerical support; maintains files and records.
• Prepares routine correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Collects, verifies, retrieves and enters data.
• Operates standard office equipment.
• Assists in the preparation and proofing of materials for reports and other publications.
• Interacts effectively with staff, students and faculty while conducting daily workplace duties.
• Communicates with customers to complete work in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
