Job summary

Planned Parenthood Great Plains seeks a full-time Reproductive Health Assistant to support patients in the Bentonville, AR area. The role includes greeting patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and assisting clinicians during examinations.

You will educate patients on options after pregnancy and help maintain accurate EMR/EHR records, while upholding the organization’s commitment to high-quality sexual and reproductive health care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings.
• Work experience and/or training in the healthcare field preferred.
• Prior working knowledge of Electronic Health Records system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to patients while collecting appropriate patient fees and co-payments.
• Conducts patient educational sessions including informed consent counseling to ensure patient understanding and voluntary decisions.
• Prepares patients for health care visits and assists with examinations and room setup.
• Performs front desk functions including answering phones, patient check-in, insurance verification, billing, and EMR data entry.
