Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Mankato, MN seeks a Repro Operator/Material Handler for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). You will operate the repro line, manage packaging tasks, and support material handling while maintaining safety standards.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $22.99/hour plus $1.75 differential and potential overtime. Prior manufacturing and forklift experience are preferred for this full-time role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience desired.
• 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• PPE required: safety eyewear, bump cap, safety shoes.

Job Description

Amcor Flexibles, Converter and Distribution plant located in Mankato Minnesota at 2111 3rd Avenue is searching for a Repro Operator/Material Handler for our production department. We currently have a second shift full-time position available. This position supports the day-to-day functions on the reprocessing line.

Full-time schedule

Monday - Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm. $22.99 per hour starting pay plus $1.75 differential pay. Overtime may be available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Main function is to Operate the repro machine
• Operation of the stretch wrapper and lifting equipment
• Experienced driving a forklift
• Understanding of packaging specifications
• Knowledgeable of the different material types
• Complete production reports & forms
• Communication & teamwork with co-workers
• Abide by all safety rules and procedures
• Providing labeling to finished goods
• Working in a high-paced, stressful, extremely warm environment
• Regularly lifting to 35 lbs., stooping, bending, and climbing ladders to multi-levels

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year previous manufacturing experience desired
• 1-year previous forklift experience
• Regularly required to stand for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Required use of PPE including but not limited to: Bump Cap, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team environment; displaying ability to work and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.
