Job summary

Bluebeam, a Nemetschek brand, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help scale revenue. You will research prospects, uncover pain points, and set up meetings with decision-makers, enabling the sales team to focus on meetings and closing SMB business.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound pipeline generation, collaboration with marketing, and contributing to the growth of multiple Nemetschek brands. A dynamic, customer-facing environment awaits.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contact Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them to Sales Quality Leads
  • Prospect for cold outreach
  • Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
  • Refer potential customers to account executives
  • Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs

The Sales Development Representative role is extremely important within the marketing and sales organization at Bluebeam. You are responsible for helping scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to and setting up meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Sales team to focus on conducting meetings with prospects, closing SMB business and increasing theoverallproductivity of the marketing and sales organization.

About You

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off.Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $40,300-48,300 plus eligible commission

This role requires onsite presence in our Dallas, TX office
