The role offers full-time remote work with a comprehensive 7-week orientation, ongoing support, and a 100% remote environment. Competitive compensation and bilingual starting pay up to $19/hour are included.

The Mission

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
• Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Pay: $18.00/hour starting rate / $19.00/hour starting rate for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.
