• Maintain files and records and scan/index employment data.
• May handle Time and Labor for payroll for Warehouse/Driver roles.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The HR Representative creates HR related paperwork and maintains HR related files for documentation purposes. Maintains logs and records as appropriate. Conduct background checks and drug testing.

• Pay rate: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
• work schedule Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. some extra hours may be required during peak times. Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.

What you'll do as an HR Representative:

Qualifications you'll bring as an HR Representative:

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• 2 or more years of experience in an HR or payroll role is required.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
