Job summary

Surface Experts of Gilbert is hiring for an in-field sales role focused on converting quality leads into on-site visits and revenue. You’ll map routes, perform ~15 on-site visits per day, and book work while coordinating with the Owner/Sales team.

No prior sales experience is required. We’ll train you to excel with coaching, a supportive team, and access to a nationwide toolkit. This is a full-time daytime role with flexible schedule autonomy.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Coachable, curious and detail-oriented traits are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales playbook.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from your home.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
