Surface Experts is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing Texas sales team. This in-field role focuses on building relationships with customers through on-site visits and product demonstrations, with a compensation plan that includes base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

You will map routes, generate quality leads, and book appointments while enjoying a supportive franchise network, coaching, and clear advancement opportunities. Minimal remote work with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• No prior industry or formal sales experience required.
• Willing to learn proven sales playbook and processes.
• Strong focus on relationships and customer understanding.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, conduct ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle light admin from home and participate in weekly coaching.
