Surface Experts - South Dallas is seeking an in-field sales professional to cover a majority of on-site visits with minimal remote admin work. You will map routes, book work, and log metrics while coordinating with the Owner/Sales team.

The role offers coaching, training, and a clear path to success in a fast-growing franchise network. Ideal candidates are coachable, curious about customer needs, and detail-oriented to manage routing and follow-ups.

• No prior sales experience required; we train you in the process.
• Coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback and takes responsibility for results.
• Curious and focused on understanding customers before selling.
• Detail-oriented; follows routing, records metrics, and maintains follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and complete ~15 on-site visits daily.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with Sales team.
• Handle light administrative tasks from home.
• Receive weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
