Job summary

Revolve Cycling Studio is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet customers, book appointments, handle calls, collect payment information, and help with studio cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is cheerful, has strong communication and computer skills, and can multitask. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling, helping with paperwork, cross-selling memberships and products, and maintaining a welcoming studio

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
