Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Georgia to be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers with rentals and equipment, using U-Scan technology to manage inventory, and assist with inspections and set-ups on-site.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, preparing invoices, and completing safety-related tasks. Certifications offered for propane, forklift, and ongoing U-Haul University training accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to assist and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Physical Demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
