Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Stockbridge, GA who will be the face of our service. You will assist customers, process rentals, inspect and prepare equipment, and guide them through U-Haul products using U-Scan technology. A valid driver’s license is required and on-the-job education is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
