Job summary

U-Haul in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will work with a supportive team, assist customers with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to dispatch and return vehicles.

The role offers on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required; training for hitch/propane/forklift certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team and assist customers in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and at locations with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment; check fluid levels on site.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
