We are looking for someone with a passion for sports to join our team as a Field Sales Representative to cover a territory in Ontario for our golf equipment and apparel brands. As a Field Sales Representative, you will have a real impact on the success of our brands by developing strong positive relationships with retailers, opening new accounts, and providing effective sales and after-sales services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proudly represent the assigned brands
  • Maintain professional relationships with retailers
  • Manage sales within your territory
  • Provide high-level sales and after-sales service
  • Prospect and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies with customers
  • Represent the brands at trade shows and regional events, including at least 4 weekend events per year

Qualities of Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of the sports/golf industry
  • Active involvement in the sports/golf community
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
