Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a Repossession Services Administrator I to manage the administrative workflow for repossessed units from intake through sale. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth processing and accurate record keeping.

The role requires two years of repossession experience, familiarity with the Symitar system, and the ability to use standard office equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience in repossessions is required; credit union experience is preferred.
• Incumbent bonding is required by the chosen authority.

As a Repossession Services Administrator I, you will be responsible for the following:

• Tracking repossessed units from the date of repossession to the conclusion of sale and completing all administrative and processing functions for the Repossession Services Team.
• Serving as a liaison to other departments, organizations and agencies when handling the sales of repossessed units.
• Operating proficiently within various computer programs, having the ability to work effectively within spreadsheets, and tracking department record keeping.
• As the level increases for an incumbent, so will their duties, responsibilities, mentorship, and influence, while maintaining all service levels lower than their own.

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $22.20; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday & 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM one Saturday per month

Education/Experience:

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent which is required.
• Two years’ experience in repossessions is required. Credit Union experience is also preferred.

Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
