Job summary

Bridgecrest-Credit-Company, LLC, part of the DriveTime Family of Brands, is seeking an experienced recovery and vendor-management specialist in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate with repossession vendors, ensure compliance with FDCPA, and oversee fee approvals and performance reviews.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple vendors, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements within SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in collections and/or loss mitigation with vendor management preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state repossession laws is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with repossession vendors and maintain confidentiality.
• Review, approve, negotiate, or decline fees within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Prepare monthly vendor performance reports and conduct reviews.
• Onboard new vendors and update policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and drive process improvements.
