Job summary

RMS seeks experienced Repossession Agents to join our field-based team. This role supports financial institutions by locating and recovering vehicles and equipment while adhering to all laws and company policies.

You will work independently in the field, document findings, and maintain accurate records. The position offers commission-based pay, performance-based bonuses, PTO, and ongoing training within a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of repossession, towing, recovery, or related field experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and recover vehicles, equipment, and collateral assigned by clients.
• Conduct field investigations to identify asset locations.
• Safely secure and transport recovered assets when required.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of recovery activities.
• Communicate effectively with management, dispatch personnel, and team members.

Repossession Agent

RMS is seeking experienced and dependable Repossession Agents to join our growing team. This field-based position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Repossession Agents are responsible for locating and recovering vehicles and equipment on behalf of financial institutions while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
