MedPOINT Management is seeking a Reports Developer II to transform healthcare data into actionable reports and dashboards. This role is remote, supporting teams across Southern California and beyond, with a focus on accuracy and timely analysis.

You will design and optimize SQL queries, build BI reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear insights that drive business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in report development or BI analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Healthcare/IPA experience is a strong plus.

About the Role:

MedPOINT Management is looking for a talented and detail-driven Reports Developer II to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful, actionable reports that support critical business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using industry-standard reporting tools
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and data pipelines
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or IPA environments is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
