MedPOINT Management is seeking a talented Reports Developer II in Sherman Oaks, CA. You will transform complex healthcare data into actionable reports to guide business decisions, designing dashboards and reliable data pipelines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity across reports, supporting ad hoc analyses while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or IPA environments is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using industry-standard reporting tools
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and data pipelines
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and leadership
