Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Reporting Specialist for a fully remote role. You will convert business and operational data into clear, reliable reports that support decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring business and operational reports.
• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting materials.
• Monitor reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.
• Analyze trends and changes in key business metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements.
• Document reporting processes, definitions, and data sources.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation.
