Job Title: Reporting Manager

Status: Exempt

Type: Remote or Hybrid

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Reporting Manager to oversee the firm’s client and investor reporting infrastructure. This role involves leading a team responsible for client portals, investor reporting, and alternative investment data. The ideal candidate will be innovative, forward-looking, and passionate about optimizing workflows and delivering exceptional reporting services.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting tools and systems.
2. Lead a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting.
3. Collaborate with the CTO to improve platform integrations and data workflows.
4. Partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve reporting outputs.
5. Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions collaboratively across the firm.
6. Ensure reporting standards align with firm goals, compliance, and service levels.
7. Assist in training and establishing best practices in partnership with practice management.

Skills and Experience:

1. 3-5 years in reporting, data operations, or client-facing investment reporting roles.
2. Experience with client portal technologies and alternative investment reporting preferred.
